植物保育遺傳學原理和方法，植物的遺傳種質資源及可持續利用，植物遷地保育的有效管理，園藝作物資源及育種，植物遺傳多樣性評價及保育策略。

5 主要業績

知名獼猴桃研究專家，長期從事植物遺傳種質資源研究和新品種選育，先後主持或參加過國內外重要科研項目10餘項；近年研究的重點爲中國特有植物類羣及瀕危植物的遺傳多樣性格局、居羣基因流動態、植物瀕危機理及保育策略；發表論文100餘篇，專著3部；獲國家及省部級獎4項。
